Purpose of the Center

As institutions of higher education enter the online arena for delivery of instruction there is a need to evaluate and compare models of online learning environments. This research can lead to the identification of best practices that will inform the design of future online learning environments. Thus, there are pedagogical strategies and design techniques that can make all online environments more effective. The purpose of the Center is to identify the best practices for online learning and implement effective pedagogical strategies in online learning environments.
